A partner portal application has been launched for DataBank Partners. This application allows companies to register to become a partner, submit leads, track the status of leads, and access DataBank collateral and resources.
Once registered and approved, users can setup their credentials which will allow them to login and submit leads to the sales team. The partner portal is located at https://partners.databank.com
Table of contents
The registration page allows prospective partners to submit their application to become a DataBank Partner.
You can also submit a lead with your application. If you do not want to submit a lead when registering, simply turn off the selector next to “Submit a Lead” with Your Registration Application. Once submitted, the partner team will review the application and approve, reject, or request more information. Once a decision is made on your application, you will receive an update via email.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to create your login credentials for the partner portal. The link will direct you to the “Setup Your Account” page where you will create a username and password.
The Login page has a link to the Registration page, a login form, and a link to the Trouble Logging In page.
The “Trouble Logging In” page allows you to retrieve your username or reset your password. If the information matches a user in the system, an email will be sent to the email address on file with a link to reset your password.
If a user is logged in and idle for more than 15 minutes, they will be automatically logged out of the portal after the idle timer countdown completes.
When a user is automatically logged out due to inactivity, they are redirected to the Login page with a message showing their session expired.
The Home page is accessible by authenticated users and is the default landing page when a user logs into the Partner Portal.
The Home Page has info cards and a Lead History widget that displays the leads that have been submitted thru the partner portal. There is a timeframe selector in the header of the page that allows the users to filter the leads by today, yesterday, last 7 days, this month, last month and custom date ranges. The default value on page load is last 30 days.
The info cards show the count of leads submitted grouped by status. Submitted Applications shows the number of leads that have been submitted that are pending review by DataBank. Needs More Information shows the number of leads in which DataBank has reviewed, but the lead requires more information from the partner or master agent. Approved Leads is the number of leads that have been approved by DataBank. Clicking on any of the cards will filter the results in the Leads History widget by the selected status of the card.
In the Leads History widget, users can expand the records to see the details of the lead.
The Databank Solutions page, accessible by authenticated users, contain widgets that display helpful information.
The Promotions widget displays current active channel promotions.
The Databank Products widget displays a list of product names that are links to the DataBank public website corresponding product pages.
The Datacenter Data Sheets widget contains a list of downloadable documents about the data centers.
The Support page provides a form for the partners to communicate directly with the Channel Team. On submit an email is sent to the salesoperations@databank.com email address.
The Manage Users page provides users in the Administrator role the ability to add and edit users to the partner portal. There are two roles for portal users, Administrator and Standard User. Administrators have full control and Standard Users do not have access to the My Account Page or Manage Users.
The Edit User Page displays the status of the user registration. If the person has not registered for a login in the partner portal yet, administrators have the option to resend the welcome email.
The My Account page contains a widget named Company Information. It displays the company name, address, and phone number. Administrators can edit this information in the partner portal.
