Lithia Springs Campus

Located 20 minutes west of downtown Atlanta, the DataBank Lithia Springs Campus covers 95 acres and is our first expandable property in the metro area. This campus will host two facilities (ATL5 and ATL6), with 1M gross square feet of space and 400,000+ square feet of data center space. The campus will be backed by an adjacent 180MW Georgia Power sub-station and delivering up to 120MW of critical IT load. The campus will be tethered via dark fiber to our ATL2/ATL3 data center complex that houses key connectivity nodes from Zayo Networks and other providers for metro, regional, and long-haul capacity. 
 
With the opening of Lithia Springs, DataBank furthers our strategy of owning and controlling the real estate beneath our data centers. We are also accelerating the pace at which we can bring new capacity online while extending our deep commitment to serving the mission-critical IT infrastructure needs of customers in the Atlanta metro—a preeminent data center market fueled by continued business and tech growth.
